Apartments for Rent in West Detroit

I enjoyed my 2 years here and still currently living in Detroit luxury living and rent is very affordable and management is wonderful.

I love my new home — quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Currently Living here and Landlord Jaymie Goes Above and Beyond to make Sure we have everything up in running order. And the maintenance crew works hard getting everything done upon our move in deadline. Which was greatly appreciated.

Jaymie made my moving expenses very simple, stress-free, and smooth very professional friendly service. I’m extremely grateful that she was able to be there to assist me with my moving journey and I highly recommend.

Jamie is wonderful through every process that you go through and she will help you out the best way she can. I love it.

I would recommend these to my family & friends. They are very clean and very friendly I love these.

Thank you Jaymie for all your help. The best personality ever 💯💯💯💯

When I move into these apartments the manager Jaymie she was very nice — also you can call her if you have any questions or concerns about anything, she will definitely call or text you back. And when I needed something fixed she can fix it herself, if not her maintenance team will come and they don’t take long to respond back — they will come the same day or the next day. My experience living here is great.

The lease lady is very excited and real to earth when renting apartments.

Jaymie was friendly and very informative. She was also a pleasure to meet at the showing and did such a great tour. I had my mind set on one thing and she definitely helped me stay open minded. I look forward to making Detroit Luxury my new home.

Jamie was very informative about the apartments and kept me laughing, and I appreciate all the information. Looking forward to being a tenant — but instead of a 1 bedroom I will need a 2 bedroom. Thanks again, have a glorious day.
